TeleCareHub

The TeleCareHub project develops the Telecare app to support home care for people with dementia by early need detection and daily assistance. It addresses challenges such as lack of awareness and uncertainty about digital offerings and aims to achieve certification for a "prescription app" to integrate digital health solutions.
