OBARIS: Ontology-Based Artificial Intelligence in Environmental Sector : The OBARIS project develops a concept and technology stack for auditable semantic AI systems (SWeMLS), enhancing their understanding and applicability. It includes creating a lifecycle model and an auditability framework, along with developing use cases in the environmental sector. SmartDis: Smart disassembly with a knowledge-based automation system : The SmartDis project is developing an autonomous robotic system for efficient disassembly of electronic devices, using image processing and a digital twin. It combines non-destructive and destructive techniques for more precise component separation. The goal is to improve recycling through better automation and higher material recovery. Semi40: Power Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing 4.0 : The SemI40 project implements modern production technologies and connected systems in pilot plants to enhance availability and safety. It develops digital twins, secure connections, and self-regulating robots, and integrates customized algorithms for improved knowledge management. ENABLE-S3 : The ENABLE-S3 project developed a scenario-based virtual verification and validation methodology for automated cyber-physical systems (ACPS). This made testing more cost-effective and safer by moving it into virtual environments. The methodology enabled reusable technology components that support various testing environments. SWIS: Sophisticated Web Information Service : The SWIS project has enhanced LuxActive's scraper and crawler to efficiently search the internet for tourist data and store it in a knowledge graph. The processed data and services are accessible to third parties and can be integrated into data markets or used directly. ICT4snow : The ICT4snow pilot study tested a web-based real-time platform for monitoring snow and avalanche conditions. The platform integrates heterogeneous data sources to capture, analyze, and visualize snow stability and current conditions. dTS: Data-driven Tourism for Sustainability : The dTS project is developing a scalable model for resilient and sustainable tourism through intelligent data usage. Two use cases in Salzburg demonstrate how AI and simulation can contribute to visitor flow management and sustainable regional development. TeleCareHub : The TeleCareHub project develops the Telecare app to support home care for people with dementia by early need detection and daily assistance. It addresses challenges such as lack of awareness and uncertainty about digital offerings and aims to achieve certification for a "prescription app" to integrate digital health solutions. AI@Work : The AI@Work project developed a technical concept for optimized collaboration between humans and AI. Through the use of knowledge graphs and machine learning, a flexible solution was created that paved the way for the European project TEAMING.AI. This promotes an ethically sound, human-centered integration of AI into the workplace. iLIDS4SAM - Integrated LiDAR Sensors for Safe&Smart Automated Mobility : The iLIDS4SAM project built on sensor systems that provide autonomous vehicles on the road or rail with a three-dimensional image of the environment and predictively detect hazards. IoT4CPS - Trustworthy IoT for CPS : The focus of IoT4CPS will be on developing, producing and operating, highly trustable components and applications for Connected and Automated Driving. Data Market Austria : This lighthouse project "Data Market Austria" establishes a data services ecosystem in Austria by creating a significantly improved technology base for secure data markets and cloud interoperability and by establishing a data innovation environment.
